Welcome to the Bryn Mawr Boys and Girls Club Baseball Program! Our program emphasizes sportsmanship and teamwork while providing children with a fun and safe environment to learn the game of baseball. We are dedicated to ensuring that every player has the opportunity to participate in every game, regardless of their skill level.

Spring Season Details:
- Season Duration: April to June
- Enrollment Starts: January

League Divisions:
We offer teams in the following divisions:
- T-Ball (Co-Ed): Ages 4 to 6 (must be born on or before April 30)
- C League (Coach Pitch): Boys and girls ages 7 and 8
- B League (Player Pitch): Boys ages 9 and 10
- A League: Boys ages 11 and 12
- 14U Recreational Team: Competes in the GHVBL

Travel Baseball Program:
Bryn Mawr is proud to offer a travel baseball program for players aged 9U and older, including the opportunity for the 12U team to compete in the prestigious Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. This program is tailored for players seeking a more competitive experience. For more information about registration and tryouts, please email travelbaseball@brynmawr.org.
Refund Policy:
For all sports programs, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
Prior to Team Formation: Full refunds are available upon written request emailed to info@brynmawr.org before teams are formed and parents are notified.
After Team Formation: Once teams have been selected and parents have been notified, no refunds will be issued.
Situational Refunds: In special cases, refund requests made after team formation may be considered. These requests must be submitted in writing and will require approval by the Executive Board.
Team Assignment Policy
At the time of registration, parents may submit team or coach requests. The Bryn Mawr Boys and Girls Club will make every effort to honor these requests; however, requests are not guaranteed.
Once teams have been assigned and notifications have been sent, no additional requests will be accepted, and no players will be moved between teams. This policy ensures fairness for all participants and respects the integrity of the team formation process.
